Hieuminh NThis truck was the worst U-Haul rental I’ve ever had. When driving on the highway it bounces around when you’re approaching any overpass. The left mirror is not tight will not stay straight while driving. The knob on the window crank falls off when you touch it. The vehicle pulls right while driving. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul vehicle. Also the airbag light is on indicating that the airbag will not deploy when needed. This is a safety concern and that vehicle should never have been on the road.

Curtis MThe lady that took care of me, went outside while I was there to open all the doors , the cargo van was stinky, it had dog hairs all inside of it, my clothes got ruined because of the dog hairs and the smell, my brand new Prada purse is ruined because of dog hairs and the smell of the cargo van, that Prada Purse cost my boyfriend over 1000.00 dollars, I am gonna have to take all my clothes and my Prada Purse to get them cleaned, to get the dog hairs and smell out of everything, which is gonna cost me money, I'm getting a lawyer to get this taken care of, all my stuff is ruined, I will never go through U-HAUL AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE TO YOU GUYS, I have pictures of the inside of the cargo van, all the dog hairs , I ended up having a really bad allergy attack because of the dog hairs and the smell, I am going to see what can be done about my clothes and Prada Purse getting ruined and also about the allergy attack I had while driving there van, the U-HAUL PLACE WAS AT 775 FREDERICK ST. HAGERSTOWN MD, 21740. I AM SO VERY DISSATISFIED AND NOW MY CLOTHES AND STUFF ARE RUINED AND I AM SICK BECAUSE OF A BAD ALLERGY ATTACK DUE TO THE SMELL AND DOG HAIRS. IT WAS TERRIBLE, I PUT THE PITCTURES AND EVERYTHING UNDER THE REVIEWS ON YOUR WEBSITE !!!!

DIANNE SExcellent communication from retailer. UHaul's policy on credit cards- what's considered major, is the only issue. They would not accept the card I placed the van on hold with eventhough it is issued from Citi and is not a bank card. The lady was kind and patient with me getting another card and expressing some frustration about UHaul. This location is fantastic. Highly recommend them for moving and storage needs.
