Some staff were very rude when trying to extend service, tried charging card a higher than actual rental amount before communicating the actual amounts. Overall this rental was below standard.

We arrived at 9:30 am and the office was open. We had a reservation for 10am. We were told they are “open” but they are busy doing paperwork and we needed to wait until 10 am. Pls note that they were not busy and we seemed to just be an inconvenience for them. Finally when we were checked in , they gave us the keys to the truck and told us the gas tank was 3/4 full. No other directions. At the truck we noticed the gas was 1/2 full. We informed them and they seemed put out that they had to get up and check the gas gauge to confirm… but they did and noted it on the receipt. Upon returning the truck a different person was in the office and took the keys said someone later would check the truck and I would get a receipt in my email. I received a email the next day with my receipt. The truck was clean and we had no problems with the truck. Next time I will try the UHaul on Beach and see if they are more customer friendly.

The experience here was great. However my AGREED drop off location got changed while I was in transit to my destination by the Douglas drop off location requiring me to take a 5 hour drive to drop off. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I ordered Truck in ADVANCE ASKING FOR DOLLY AND BLANKETS Most , movers Definitely need a DOLLY They said they didn’t hav Any We were the fist people there waiting for them to open. Very Disappointed Made our Move Very Difficult

I called several times to confirm the U-Haul truck size was at 15 feet and was told when I picked up the truck that the order showed I ordered a 20 foot size truck. I then was texted about the late return for Saturday, but I was returning the truck on Friday. It started raining and when the wipers were turned on the passenger wiper blade side flew off.

The staff just gave me the keys and didn't even walk out with me to show me the truck. The first truck was dirty and the check engine light was on so they moved me to another truck. The staff acted annoyed by my concerns with the parking situation. It was very difficult to pull the truck out because the cars were parked so close to each other. I had questions about the parking but staff just didn't want to answer. They acted like I was bothering them. When I returned the uhaul the cars were parked so close together I asked if they could park the uhual so I didn' t crash and that bothered them too. The original receipt they sent me charged me 10 miles over what I used so I had to call them but they said that it was just an estimate and it would be corrected later. It would have been nice if they politely told me that when I returned the truck so I didn't have to call.

Limited parking, had no problem parking this 10 foot truck, but if I had a bigger truck, I don't think it would have fit in the small parking lot.

Bobby & Alyssa are amazing and I ended up renting a storage too :) The trucks at this location are sooo clean. This is the 2nd time I’ve rented a Uhaul from Security Public Storage and I will continue recommending them and using them in the future. Thank you Bobby & Alyssa!

The app stopped before I could upload pics of interior exterior of truck. I did take pics and have them on my phone. Not sure if it was an app issue or ?
