Your Customer Service representative did not want to get out of her chair. Being that she's obese and had two sugar drinks next to her, I can see why she didn't want to get up. She insisted that I fetch my own dolly, park my vehicle where she wanted me to park as well as the truck return, so that it would limit her trips she had to make outside the facility during her shift. Although her demeanor overall was nice, I find it off-putting that basic common courtesy and professionalism is being compromised so that she doesn't have to "get up" and actually do her job.
