Great customer service, friendly, and smooth process. The only drawback is its tight parking area. Makes it a little hard to pull out and park the U-Haul after you’re done.

No suggestions, they were perfect
Jessica MThe truck was disgustingly dirty. Banana peel in cup holder and trash in bed of truck. I disposed of it all and took it anyway since I had to move. I also reserved and paid for a utility dolly, which I was told they don’t even rent them at this location. Why…. Why can’t things go smoothly. It’s not that hard people. I will be contesting this charge.
