Exceeded expectations ! pick up and drop off , U Haul has changed in every way for the better .20 years ago U haul Custer service, shady employees was what I experienced decades . Great live phone customer service , user friendly app - Happy professional employees clean trucks well maintained , well stocked moving supplies easy pick up drop off , clean offices - - receded expectations was my experience!

Vehicle needs some upkeep. There's unbearable wind noise coming from the driver side door at freeway speed. The vehicle pulls pretty hard to the right even when empty. Probably needs an alignment. It was clean though. Location was ok. I prefer the location in San Carlos on El Camino because parking is better.
Payton WInteraction with staff was good, however, they didn't have all of the equipment that I had reserved. This was U-Haul's error.
