The place smelled strongly of air freshener. I have asthma and needed to stand outside while my husband worked with the receptionist. The receptionist was very helpful though.

BENIYAM KI reserved a truck for 9 am pick up, but didn't know that the office wasn't open until 9:30 (someone didn't show up until 9:35 and no one answered the phone when I called) so I had to wait to wait a while to get the rental. This delay put some stress on my schedule as I only rented this for six hours this day. Why didn't Uhaul tell me that the office wasn't open and I could only pick it up after 9:30 when I made the reservation on the phone? Really annoying!
