There was a car parked in the single space they had allocated for after hours drop off. Multiple other uhauls were being returned at the same time with no place to put them. Tried calling the number on the door to the office for the self storage business but got no response, and was unable to get the gate open to park the car where other UHauls were located. Ultimately, after 45 mins, the owners showed up and opened the gate and got the car returned. Overall it was a very unclear and confusing return after hours, experience during the day may be better who knows.
