It took me over fifteen minutes for a representative to open the door and rent me the trailer. The number on the reservation was not answered and I was on hold for about six minutes for the rep to answer the phone number written on the front door of the storage facilityMARK B.

I was charged for a appliance dolly which I really needed and there was no appliance dolly. The charge was only $10 so no big deal but it would of been nice for the place to remove that charge if they knew there was not a dolly. Other than that everything else was fine. There was mud in the back of the van caked on and I had to put a blanket down so my furniture did not get muddy. She had explained that the lady before me left it a disaster and she had no time to clean it for me but didn't say how bad it actually was. The outside was so dirty I couldn't see through the windshield and there was no windshield fluid so I could not simply use the wipers but instead windex and towel. The inside had dirty seats with candy smushed into it. There was no license plate and they told me afterwards that they were aware and waiting on a new one. The gas tank did not work!!! I tried multiple pumps and it would just click and stop pumping gas after a second. They handed me the truck at 1/8 tank and said they credited me so that I could bring the truck back at 1/4 tank, making it my responsibility to fill their broken gas tank up. Poorest service by uhaul I've ever had, if you know the equipment was that bad then explain it to me and see if I could wait for you to go clean the van properly before I use it.Jordan C.
This was by far my Best Experience with any truck rental company! The uhaul was very clean. The Manager, Sonja has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. I rented this trailer to take my quad to the shop, I asked place of rental if they know the dimension of the opening of the trailer, they didn't , I didn't see it marked on trailer, I also asked if they had a tape measurer they didn't, I took it and my quad didn't fit so I wasted my money on this rental, returned it less than an hour, I wish I would've gotten a partial REFUNDRichard A.

I was sent to a location to turn my U-Haul vehicle in. However, that location did not accept U-Haul vehicles. They sent me to a nearby location that did except U-Haul vehicles and they were wonderful. I arrived there without notification that I was coming but they took the vehicle anyway. Not that the money mattered but I ended up going over my mileage because of this and spending a little over four dollars because of the mistake. It was just frustrating.Gerald R.

Truck came with no gas, and hand truck was not sealed (so it looked like I used it). However, staff was very friendly and understanding, so no extra charges were incurred. Also, unrelated to this location, but I had a reservation at 65st location. The truck wasn't available, so they sent me all the way to the power inn location, without offering any sort of discount. Spent more money since location was farther from my moving location.Christopher K.

The Location and the business was fine but your, UHaul's payment acceptance system was "down" .... again..... fix your payment system. this is the second time that your system has been down to input card information. I had to go home and get cash because your system was down. Unfortunately I've needed your service twice this year and two different locations had the same problem. What is that about? First time it delayed me 5 hours at one location this time it delayed me 1 and a half hours. Your mileage rates are already high as it is but then I have to deal with system problems. Your company should be able to afford top of the line payment acceptance systems. First you force me to have a card on file then the system is down. Such an inconvenience.Mariajose L.

My cargo van was not at my preferred location and I was not notified. I called my preferred location to confirm my reservation and was told that I would have to travel to another city if I wanted a cargo van. I called the 800 Uhaul number and they found a cargo van a lot further away, but at least it was in my city. They rebooked my reservation. After picking up the van, I noticed I was charged too much. I was told that the correction will be made when I drop off the van. Upon dropping off the van, I was told that they could not correct their over billing mistake.John C.
The first attendant was very rude. The younger gentleman who helped us was nicer and did answer our questions. The truck was dirty, we found a pacifier and a bottle in the seats. We sanitized the truck ourselves. When we returned the truck their was no one at the office to explain how to return the truck. I called the number on the door and was rerouted to a DeeDee in your corporate office. She told us to just drop the key in the Drop box. Which we did but not until we took pictures of the gas gauge and mileage. When we received the receipt it showed only a 1/4 tank of gas, our picture shows a 1/2 tank of gas with the same mileage on the receipt. My husband left his cane in the truck so we drove over to your site in the morning and again the clerk was rude to us. He finally came out and opened the truck for my husband to get his cane. He told us that he had already checked and cleaned the truck but he didn't see the cane. I would appreciate a more thorough cleaning of your truck during this pandemic, my husband is surviving from cancer and we are very concerned about getting this desease.Ruben S.

COVID-19 limited contact in person, but over the phone staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the truck, filling the tank was slow and troublesome. The gas attendants in Oregon disliked the amount of time it took. An empty tank took about 20 minutes to to fill and you had to hold the nozzle at all times. It really cost them delay.Jeanie M.
Racism is the worse when you're an Asian American in 2020. Especially when the Corona virus is taking an effect. The women who helped us was very rude to me and my husband just because we were Asian. Her tone of voice was not very nice at all and told my husband to stay 6 feet away from her when we were at lease 20 feet away. She is ridiculous and obviously ignortant.
