the location does not have a phone that works. I called several times with no answer to try confirm because they changed the location the day before the reservation. the overcharge on gas was a bit much but Tony said leave the truck and he would send me a receipt via email. There was more gas in the truck than he claimed. Typical company overcharging and getting away wth it. I will use uhaul again.

The location in itself is great. Uhaul as a company are a bunch of thieves that keep adding extra fees to get money. How do you turn $66 into $124. I’ll tell you. By literally driving 15 miles in the uhaul.

This was the third time in 3 days that I reserved a truck. The first Uhaul gave my truck away. The second never called me back to confirm. The third was this location and it went very smooth. I also had to make two trips from Oakland, because of the earlier problems.

Customer service is excellent! My dad and I came in Monday, June 17th, 2019 and needed a Uhaul for 24 hours. There wasn’t any available, but then the employees made things worked out for us!

The truck smelled really bad, it was dirty inside and out AND I was told "oh, the tire is low so you have to put air in it" I will NEVER use this location again even if it's the closest to my home
