rubin G.Apparently my contract change from quarter of a tank of gas returned to 3/4 of a tank gas returns. I was never emailed this new paperwork all my contracts that was emailed to me said quarter tank of gas returned. So the Manteca California location where I dropped it off printed out a contract. I never even seen or emailed to me like the previous three and was giving me hell about it not being 3/4 full of gas. Please give me a call at 209-207-8368. I do not expect to be overcharged for gas.

ROBERT M.I received a uhaul truck that had the gas tank cut . When i went to fill up the tank i got gas all over mu shoes. I returned the uhaul truck for a different one but i had all my furniture in the defective uhaul so i had to move all my furniture to the new uhaul by myself. No U-Haul employees offered to help . Gas tanks should be checked releasing to customer.

Joshua P.I spoke with U-Haul reservations because I needed a location that offered after hours return. They said it was available at Security Storage on Galleria and they made my reservation. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the on site personnel informed me they did not have after hours drop off. He checked to see if any other locations nearby did, and there were none. I told him fine that I would deal with it. After hooking up the trailer, I remembered seeing a small sign on their office window about after hour drop off. When I mentioned the sign to him, he said yes, but you will need to use the app to drop it off. I said that's fine. He did not offer an explanation of why he didn't let me know. I was also was told there's no restroom on site for customer use. This rental was definitely not the level of service I've received from U-Haul at other locations.

Kayla K.Hello, I'm really disappointed in the truck rental experience, specifically because of the condition of the truck. We were given a truck that has cockroaches, smelled of seafood, and had only a quarter tank of gas. After we filled up the truck to full and we're going to start loading the truck that afternoon… we noticed the cockroaches and smell when we opened the cargo area. By then the Uhaul location was closed so we had to wait until the next day to return and switch out for a truck that wouldn't have our personal items and belongings infested with cockroaches and a foul smell. This cost us another day's rent at our apartment and delayed our move. When my husband brought this up, they did not want to provide any discount for our inconvenience. This and the fact that the truck did not even have gas when we picked it up is just a huge indicator of poor care on behalf of the business.

David S.Fix the Tire Pressure warning, so you *reqlly* know when there is flat (or fast overnight/long drive). Safety First. (Note: owner said on back order @Corp due to shortages). Add Water (or pump) for Windshield as when driving 30-60 miles in snow slush takes a LOT of wipes with sprays.

Victor D.Location was good. Truck was in poor condition. Upon receipt noticed the check engine light was on. During trip ABS light went on. We moved when it was raining and this 2as concerning from a safety standpoint. In addition. The roof was leakin* which we didn't notice until it was loaded with our items and our mattress got wet in addition to other items. Very disappointed that Uhaul would rent a truck in this condition.
