The agent Kyle? was the only outstanding member of uhaul that I dealt with in my moving experience. I was denied the $50 guarantee that my equipment would be at location I reserved 3 months in advance, I had to go to different location and different date to get the truck I needed but yet, Uhaul denied me, so your guarantee is worthless!

Erik CI returned the truck a day early, would’ve been nice if they waved the 4 dollar charge for going over 4 miles. . They were very busy looked like they rented that truck as soon as I left .
James PI was guaranteed that I could pick up the truck at 8:30. No one was there and my ride had left. Called Uhaul and they told me the truck had not been staged for 24/7 and to wait until 10 when the office opened My ride came back 45 minutes later and we returned to the office at 9:45. Finally got the truck keys at 10:30. Folks were nice, however it would’ve been courteous to comp me for the dolly or the blankets.
