Very hard to find. Goggle maps was way off. Staff was very helpful. However, when I got the trailer, I didn't have the same ball hitch as I reserved, 2 9/16 i believe. I had to waste another $50.00 to get a 2 inch ball. Not very good communication from Uhaul.
