My experience with U-haul corporate was not good. I reserved more than 2 weeks in advance and two days before the move they moved the pickup location to one that was 40 miles away and also changed the time to later in the day. When I called the customer service number I was given on the voicemail ( a local number) I waited 10-15 minutes and then was told they couldn't help me because they were in the wrong city! They transferred me and I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. The next person was more helpful, but also stated I had reached the wrong city and gave me the original number I had called to once again get back in the queue. Not cool! Then Tony from the pick-up location called me and helped me find a good solution and everything was able to be worked out! Tony at Security Public Storage saved the day! U-haul corporate gets 1 star, Security Public Storage and Tony get 5!Theresa R.

We selected contactless pick up for the truck and we did not get that. The site said the truck would be out in front of the location which was not the case. The truck was behind the gate and we had to go inside and get the key and be let into the property. Not to mention we had to wait for the staff to get there to assist us. The staff was pleasant to deal with but this was not the experience we were looking for.Henry W.

When a trailer is reserved (Ukiah,CA poor customer service) location originally. The day before I arrive from out of state I received a text telling me the trailer is another three hours of driving to a different location. I contacted Rancho Cordova and was completely impressed with the service to find a trailer closer to my location. Many thanks to (Tate?). Overall everything went well.Jacob E.
End-to-end experience, i.e., reservation to return, was very good. Staff very courteous and accommodating. Only item to note is that a dent on the lower side of the van was not identified for the "as-is" condition. The dent was hard to see but could have been identified so I would not have had to take and upload a photo during my checkout process.Richard G.

Your website says â€œguaranteed reservationâ€ when selecting a location. I had to drive 30 extra miles round trip because my guaranteed reservation location changed, of course your wonderful customer service told me there's nothing we can do. Charged my an extra 45 dollars because your stupid fucking website lied to me, fix your shit. Never using U-Haul again, lost a customer for life. ðŸ–•ðŸ»Nathan B.
The equipment appeared to well maintained but the cab wasn't that clean. I didn't really have an issue with this location, overall, the guy was helpful. My complaint is with U Haul's reservation process. My pick up location was changed twice, nearly 30 miles away from my original pick up spot and I never received the blankets I prepaid for. Now I'm having to waste time on hold to get a refund. Not happy.RYAN D.
Truck was somewhat dirty although some effort was made to disinfect. The previous driver left a UPS envelope on the dash, which was not detected until I turned the truck in. Drop-off location was not specified. Had to wait over 20 minutes to add drop-off location (was told this was necessary to avoid a charge).Jim J.
