While I did receive good service from this location to get the truck rented there were several issues overall. I went to the Tread Pro location in Frankfort to rent a truck on November 15 and was told that I would be able to pickup a truck using the app and that keys would be available in a lockbox for pickup at 7:30 am on November 29. I tried calling Tread Pro location on November 27 to double check everything and no one answered the phone and no one returned the message that I left. I then received a call from Uhaul that my rental had been moved to 1015 Leestown Rd location and that they had not been able to talk to anyone at Tread Pro location either. Upon arrival at the Leestown Rd location at approximately 7:30 on Nov 29 I checked the ap and it said the place did not open until 10am and i had not received any communication as to how to get the truck via a lockbox. I then called Uhaul they were helpful and walked me through checking each of the 3 lock boxes, but there were not keys available. Since there were no keys available I was told that I would have to wait until 10am when the Leestown location opened. I arrived at the Leestown Rd location before 10am, but still no one there. Very frustrating to me when a place has business hours at 10am and no one there. There was a secondary phone number on the office door so I contacted them (can't remember her name) and she was extremely helpful at finally getting the keys from the return box and getting me on the road with the truck at approximately 10:15 am. While this was appreciated I was already over 2 hours behind and this was not a good situation when you have people lined up to assist you with the move. I am very disappointed in the Tread Pro location. When I went by there on the morning of Nov 29 there were several trucks sitting there including what looked like a 20' truck. Sure looks like to me that they did not want to be bothered with renting the truck and setting it up for 24/7 access when the lady that I talked to at the Tread Pro location on Nov 15 made it sound like it was a very easy and efficient process. I would not recommend this location for truck rental and if I every need one in the future I will not go there. The only thing that could have been better with the truck was a clean windshield. The inside was smeared possible from prior user rubbing their hands over the inside to try and clear it. When you are trying to move don't really have time or the supplies to clean a window.

No one was here and the sign on the door hasn’t been updated since August. The app wouldn’t accept the pictures either.

No one was there as I dropped the equipment after hours so I can’t comment on the personnel. I was disappointed that I had to walk around the area for a while to find something to chock the tires. Nothing around, but eventually found some decent sized rocks to use.

Reservation was switched from Versailles Rd. To Leestown Rd. and I got no notification. Wasted time going to Versailles Rd first. Last time I reserved a car trailer online they sent me to a place that was closed on the day I was supposed to pick it up. I had to drive an extra 15 minutes to get it. Basically my suggestion is to get it together on the reservation locations…

We initially rented a small U-Haul but then realized we needed something bigger. I made a phone call to U-Haul and quickly got upgraded to the size I needed. Pickup was quick, and drop off was easy.

The second location we went to was great. However we placed a rental at another location down the road spent 45 mins trying to get checked in for there to be no key to the truck and of course they were closed

The app could not verify my location. I called the number on the door. Someone ways there fairly quick. However, she was smoking the whole time. I left there smelling like cigarette smoke. The truck had some trash in the back of it and smelled of cigarette smoke as well.

Did not see the inside or meet any personnel. We dropped the vehicle off and the person or persons had already left for the day.

Very efficient, but thorough pickup process. The lady working was very pleasant and I left the facility confident in the rental equipment and the ease of future drop-off. Highly recommend.

Good customer service. Very friendly and personable. Equipment was in good shape and well maintained. First UHaul rental where they came out and helped me check the lights before leaving. Good experience.

The auto carrier was clean but extremely corroded. Handle broken on ramp, ratchets seized and rusted, jack hard to operate, rubber chain retainers torn.

The woman who handles U- haul business there was so rude cussed me like the f words told me I was not getting the fu**ing truck and to go fu** my self. That is not how you do business with U-haul customers

Price rental fairly. It's bullshit to charge double for a one way rental. The place a rented from was a shit show. The lady had no teeth, didn't know how to use the computer, and the office stunk like cigarette smoke. I had to change my shirt sheet I finally left.

Office Manager was not friendly and the office was extremely Smokey with beware of dogs signs and barking pit bulls behind the door. Not good. Equipment we rented did great.

The uhaul wasn’t available at the location we requested. We had to drive an additional half hour out of our way to pick it up.
