First and foremost, the people were very friendly, however, the fuel and milage were not correct when I picked up the truck and I ended up being charged for having the wrong fuel amount upon return (even though I returned it with MORE fuel than when I picked it up). I've already spoken with customer service and I'm supposed to be getting a refund for the fuel charge AND a credit for the extra fuel I put in it. Hopefully that goes through. I would not recommend this place to anyone using the U-Haul service. It's also a motel and I believe it is a motel FIRST and U-Haul location second...maybe far second. It's my opinion that they have too much going on with check guests in and out, verifying the rooms aren't destroyed BEFORE the guests can even check out. I understand accidents happen, but if I use U-Haul services again, I will refuse to pick up a vehicle at a location other than the official U-Haul store in my city.

The people were great. Knowledgeable, answer all questions that I had. Nice attitudes. But, UHAUL is to expensive. 85/88 (I can't remember which one it was) cents per mile. It's ridiculous. I will never rent another truck again. I'll stick to using the trailers. Flat fee and not having to worry about going over my miles.

KIMBERLY PI think I was one of their first customers, but I learned when I got to Colorado that they only gave me 1 pack of 6 blankets and I should have had 10 packs for a total of 60 blankets. They also gave me a dolly for appliances I guess and I wanted a heavier duty one for my gun safe. So the team there needs to get to know the equipment as I haven't been reimbursed for those Items yet. The person checking in was nice and honest that she had never done this before.
