They did fine. I was told a certain trailer was available, but when I got there, I found out that it wasn't. But they made it right with a bigger one for the same price, so I feel that was very fair. They were quick to help and get me what I needed, help hitch it up, and everything. Good location to do business with!DONNA H.

The truck that I rented was totally bald tires, and was unable to move after stopping on an icy driveway. I understand that the trucks do not have winter tires, but the tires on my truck were perfectly smooth. I spent an hour and a half tying to get the truck off of the ice before I could begin my move.NATHAN H.

I just felt there was some stuff that was fishy. I know it's a business but I felt after you charge me per mile, your also expected to fill it back up. Which I did but the tank was not full when I picked it up, so there was no way to know how much money I needed to put in exactly so the gage matched up with where it was when I picked up the truck. Apparently, I was just short of the mark and received a 7 dollar charge when, if I put in another dollar or 2 I would have avoided the fee. Also I did a contactless mobile pick up, and it wasn't clear or not whether the dolly that I took the extra charge for was already in the truck, or not so I drove the truck back to find out the dolly was not in there. Overall disappointed, but also in a touch situation seeing how there wasn't other options beside Uhaul at the time.Zach H.

We arranged to pick up at another location at 8 am but we were notified the night before to pick up at this location at 9am. When we arrived to pick up the truck no one was there. We had to wait about 15 min. for someone to show up that made us even later starting our day.Kip B.

Our truck was filthy! Inside and out. Ironically when we arrived at the Rexburg Idaho facility to pick up our truck, the person in charge was busy cleaning and vacuuming her car, and complaining that the UPS drivers who had been using the truck before us had returned it dirty. By the time we unloaded the truck in Washington Utah, I was covered with dust and dirt. There should be a system to never rent a dirty truck.David W.

The people are so friendly!! When I signed up the guy told me to call a while before we move out so they can get things ready and put it in the system. I called 2 weeks before I moved out and told them but the guy didn't seem very much like he was going to do it. I called a week later to make sure it had been cancelled (1week before move out) he said it hadn't been cancelled but he would do it. I decided to call back again a few days later just to make sure it had been done because I didn't want to get charged. So I called a few days before move out and same thing, hasn't been done but I'll do it. I then show up moving day and they tell me it hasn't been cancelled and they didn't know I was moving but of course they will cancel it. Surely this time it will get cancelled because I am packing my stuff to move. No. It's over a week after I moved and I called yesterday to make sure it had been cancelled. They told me it had but I got charged last week after we moved out and an email today saying we moved out yesterday. They are super friendly but it's not worth the headache to just go store your stuff somewhere else.Hayden T.

The personnel in this location have always gone above and beyond in their excellent service, flexibility, and kindness in any transaction in setting up a truck when I have asked for one, the purchases of moving supplies, and contracts I have arranged. When circumstances have come up after I had requested a truck, and I found it necessary to ask for a different day or time or place for pickup or for returning the truck, they were willing to make adjustments (if possible) to fit my new circumstances. This Uhaul location is the best I have ever experienced in my life as far as customer service goes.Mari T.

The extra fees and hidden charges from UHaul are frivolous and wrought with annoyances! If you dont consolidate your fees into one low, as advertised price, I will recommend to all my friends and family that they only use Enterprise truck rentals, your direct competitor.Nick H.

When I returned the truck, I checked to make sure nothing was left. hopped out locked the door, dropped the key and then realized it left my wallet in the car. They came and opened up the truck so I could retrieve my wallet. Awesome people.laurie L.

Even though I had reserved a 10' truck, the agent on the phone when I booked the reservation confirmed a 10' truck, and I received an email confirmation of a 10' truck when I arrived at my designated time there was not one available. Instead of giving me the 20' truck for the 10' price I was only offered a discount. That is unacceptable as the fact that the confirmed truck was not available was not my fault.Anthony G.
This uhal is by far the best one I've been to yet. Its small and sometimes its hard to miss because it's tucked away behind everything. But its better than the uhal in Idaho falls. Plus the Lady working there was super nice and friendly. Made sure everything was connected and working before anyone left with a trailer.karrington W.
