Very rude reception upon returning the vehicle. If other U-Haul locations are like this I wouldn’t use U-Haul again. They need to learn what customer service is

Wiring harness damaged on trailer. Less paper work when picking up the trailer this could be done online.

The young lady behind the counter seemed knowledgeable and ready to transfer the truck to me. After the order was reviewed I was in my way. It was a pleasant experience. I had ordered moving blankets as part of the online rental order process. But upon arrival, that location didn't have any to provide me. So that was disappointing. We got through our move without them, but certainly could have used them. Of course, we were deducted the cost of the blanket rental from out total bill. Having the ability to fill the truck back up with fuel at the same location when returning the truck was also convenient.

The employee at this gas station had very poor English, no personality, and didn't even know how to hook up the trailer. I had to show him, but he knew how to take the picture. Pure laziness. This location in Selkirk is horrible.

Staff treated my brother who picked up the trailer like he was dirt. I have never heard of a uhaul rental being photos of the person picking up with the rental. We were dealing with the death of our mom and I honestly don't know how he kept calm. Basically treated like a thief.

Staff were prompt and polite. The 6'x12' enclosed trailer, however, was missing 2 importance pieces of equipment : 1. No spare tire (only a roadside emergency number to call). 2. No installed neck jack to allow me to lift the trailer onto the truck hitch by myself. Most trailers have one for this purpose. The lone male attendant helped me get lift the trailer onto the hitch safely. However, when returning the trailer, it was more difficult removing/lifting off the hitch ball, as the parking lot is on a slight slope; the lone woman attendant was unfortunately not able to help me, and I ended up using my own truck jack to lift the trailer off my hitch.

Interior of cab could have been much cleaner. Cup holders were filthy. Agent was friendly and very helpful.

The computer booking was a NIGHTMARE! We waited for over 4 hours to sort out a simple booking. Terrible experience I was so frustrated.

When I took the truck, the interior was very dirty. There was a lot of trash behind the seats, and I had to clean it up. There was even a container with urine. I was also unhappy with the dirty dashboard, which I had to wipe myself.

Very unorganized , trailer not accessible block by a uhaul truck which attendant could not find keys for. We had to manually move trailer by hand on a angle to be able to access with towing vehicle. Had to hook up trailer by self. When I make a reservation I expect the equipment to be ready to go not waste my time making equipment accessible. This location is an Esso gas bar which have other customer's buying fuel and cigarettes. When I was being attended to three customers were a priority over myself.

I had to sweep out 2 dust pans full of leafs, dirt and random garbage from the back of the Uhaul and from the pullout ramp on the back of the van before I could even start loading my stuff into it. Uhaul will charge customers a $25 cleaning fee for returning the vehicle with dirt in the back but it was apparent nobody had cleaned the back of this truck.

Paid for a furniture dolly it was not supplied. Took forever to register and get the u haul, the attendant even stopped serving us at one point because there was another “easier” customer. Ice throughout parking lot. Very amateur

Would love it if they had a pickup truck here, sometimes you don’t need a huge V8 engine in town especially with todays gas prices.

was a convenient location. tried to charge additional fees, but after argument , photos and papers were shown , everything was handled. left truck washed, swept and fully fueled

Well, I picked up at a dealer and had previously ordered 10 moving blankets, but they said they didn't have any....They also said the tank was 1/2 full and it was not, it was just below and I took a picture before and filled it to where it was, also took a picture....so it worked out I didn't need the blankets and was careful with picture regarding the tank...All in all, it was my first time renting and it was a good experience.

They did not tell me that I was paying by the mile and not by the kilometer. When I paid it was double the expected amount, there was no two-wheeler and no blankets that I requested at the time of my booking

Be more familiar with the equipment and process to sign up people. Over a hour spent to do what never took more then a few mins prior. They tried to charge me for service and then had to make sure to nickle and dime at the end. I would highly recommend not using that location until they get then selves in order.

First off went from Vancouver to Winnipeg and got pulled over cuz I didn’t have m+s tires or chains for the mountains and got a ticket and when dropping the truck off they screwed up my bill and tried to say I owed 31,000 on top of the 4,000 I already paid… never will use Uhaul again ans tell everyone and show them what happened

They didn't want to take the truck even tho I was told I could drop it there. Also why haven't I been reimbursed for the extra money I paid and the extra distance I traveled
