The woman working there was extremely rude and bossy. Mumbling thingsunder her breath. 4 times I asked what she said and she completely ignored me. Also, the front of the truck leaked and wrecked a bunch of our clothes and photo albums and a dresser.

This trailer fit everything I needed to bring with me. I drive a Chevy Trax and was able to haul it over 3000 km. I highly recommend going with U-Haul. The price was fair considering the distance. The attendant hooked up the trailer for me and made sure everything was working.
