Very rude reception upon returning the vehicle. If other U-Haul locations are like this I wouldn’t use U-Haul again. They need to learn what customer service is

Wiring harness damaged on trailer. Less paper work when picking up the trailer this could be done online.
DARREN HThe young lady behind the counter seemed knowledgeable and ready to transfer the truck to me. After the order was reviewed I was in my way. It was a pleasant experience. I had ordered moving blankets as part of the online rental order process. But upon arrival, that location didn't have any to provide me. So that was disappointing. We got through our move without them, but certainly could have used them. Of course, we were deducted the cost of the blanket rental from out total bill. Having the ability to fill the truck back up with fuel at the same location when returning the truck was also convenient.

Arvind KThe employee at this gas station had very poor English, no personality, and didn't even know how to hook up the trailer. I had to show him, but he knew how to take the picture. Pure laziness. This location in Selkirk is horrible.
