At the pickup location I was told reservation was canceled. I had made reservation with the drop off place prior to going down there.the there was mo help with hooking up the dolly and the left light inoperative had fire ants all covered the hitch part and on the tires.rackets for the tire straps were almost non functional but I managed to get them tight.

Dealer had no idea how to rent equipment.took over for hours to figure it out. Got upcharge for bigger truck but still to smaller truck.had to retrieve truck from field while dealer sat in store. One of the absolute worsed experiences of my life.after owning a towing company that rented u haul for 20 years it was disgusting to see how the business went down hill. After the hours of sitting and over charge will never use u haul again!!

Price too high for 4 hours use and the place is far away from everything, that means extra charge for miles.

The service was fine and the truck was exactly what I wanted for my short trip. Unfortunately they mistakenly added 4 miles to my 12 mile trip. This meant an extra $4. I didn’t fight for it since he already rang me up and didn’t seem too excited to change anything. Also, he told me the wrong location of the truck which was not out in front by the highway (sort of a walk). I tried manually unlocking all the trucks in this location. I gave up but found another truck on the other side of the parking lot next to the office. The key worked and I took the truck. It was annoying.

Need more than one person working the counter, which serves the gas service, food store and UHaul rental.

Do not charge when the customer has been misled or not properly informed of what your requirements are. I even spoke to customer assistance before the rental to question why it was a 2 day rental when I only needed it for one day. Maybe some one can go back into the calls to verify what I am stating is correct.

There is not any sign where to return the vehicle, outside neither inside. Luckily there was a guy outside (I don't know was a U-Haul employee) that was very helpful. When you go inside (the convenient store of the gas station) there is not any sign at all that says U-Haul. I have to ask the cashier (was helpful) that he told me the U-Haul guy wasn't there at the moment, and in top of that the system was down.

I did not understand the final invoice I received when the truck was returned. The employee told me that the total would be $48 plus $0.99 per mile. I ended paying $112.89 and only rode 28 miles.

Don't ever send anyone here to pick up a Uhaul anything. The computer wasn't working, all the gas station customers were way more important to take care of. It took over any hour just for me to get the transition payed for. Once that was finally done I was able to hook up and get home faster then I was there just pay for the trailer. Very very annoying to pick up and deal with everything on the day I'm trying to set up for a move to North Carolina. I would love some time of refund for all this mess and delaying my move of a 12 hour drive.

I did not feel that the personnel took the inititative to help me solve the problem caused by being told by another U Haul location to go to a wrong U Haul drop off location.

Everything went wrong. I did a reservation for march 20th. When tried make checkin online it says that the reservation was canceled without inform me. I did the reservation again. on March 20th there were only one Minivan but the minivan has no plate and they have no printer to print it. I had to pay more than double of the equipment I have selected for the only truck they have available. There were no tools I have requested at the reservation. I mean, I lost two hours to get the truck, it has generated a lot of problems because I have a few appointments that were based on the schedule I did with Uhal. Probably will never use it again.

The computer system is not slow but extremely / painfully slow. They need to upgrade. Also, no one to assist returning the trailer I rented. This is the first I have run into this situation at a U-Haul. I have rented equipment at U-Haul more than a dozen times in the past half dozen years. This was a first.

Seminole Travel centers U-Haul system is down. Took over an hour to get the vehicle I reserved online. The whole thing is a total joke. Had to call the hotline multiple times. Very frustrated. Won’t use U-Haul again.

On site rep was helpful but the u-haul website he was using to complete the reservation did not work. It took nearly 2 hours to pick up a trailer I had reserved over a week in advance. The website refused to allow the equipment to be assigned to my rental saying it was unavailable or simply did not show up as an option to assign. After 1h 30m of trying to use the system we gave up and called a phone rep who after 30 mins was able to complete what was not able to be done on site. This also forced me into accepting the trailer insurance since the rep did not ask if I wanted it, which I originally did not but wanted to get the trailer and leave after being on site for hours.

I only need it to Tuesday and still get charge until Wednesday I told him I will return it on Tuesday. Also one off the light didn't work. Reason I pay to Wednesday I have no choice. I need it at that time. I think is no good at all to charge customers extra days. Like you see I returned on Tuesday like I told him.

You tried to over charge me twice... I did not purchase safe move and you tried to charge me and you also tried to charge me an extra day. The drop off date was then later changed by you guys and the only reason I can prove I didn’t use an extra day is because I screenshotted the original contract that was sent to me.
