It's a long walk from the truck to the office where they give you the truck keys. I had to walk back and forth several times to find the truck, take the photos, and go to the office—first when I went to look for the truck and then when I went to pick it up. Fortunately, it didn't rain; that would have been a disaster.
Edwin VThe person in charge did not give us any information about the truck location, we hab to ask somebody outside to know where the car was parked. He was busy with other people who was buying items at this location ( mini market)
Paula RThe place is a gas station operated for People who barely speak english. The truck bed was dirty and wet. It smelled strongly of raw chicken. U-Haul should be more careful and not allow them to transport just anything in their trucks (like live or dead animals).
