I needed moving blankets and ordered two dozen with my reservation. I never received them. Moral of the story is make them show you the location of your moving blankets instead of taking their word.

I shouldn’t be expected to pay for the previous users mistake. The directions were unclear and confusing. All in all I will not be using these services again nor will I recommend them. In fact I will do the complete opposite and recommend not to use them.

In a previous rental i had a much better experience and this person was a drastic difference. I would not recommend doing a rental or storage at this location. The U Haul was not in great condition but did the job (smaller van). At least it was cleaned and at full gas.

CHRISTIAN CThe truck that i rented, everytime we parked to get gas or something at the gas station, the dashboard will be full of ants crawling out from the crevices of the radio. It was disgusting. The radio is not working, looks like its working but there is no sound is coming out of the speakers. So our 12 hours of drive is definitely more difficult than usual and we have to do it both ways.

Joel CUpon entering the location, I was on a call with my fiancée so that she could be present to hear the discussion of the rental agreement and rates. The woman at the front desk asked if I was on the phone and promptly told me that I had to hang up. When we asked why, she didn’t offer an explanation but instead said, is the call urgent in nature. When I said not exactly she told me to hang up immediately. Still no explanation as to why. Upon receiving the rental truck, I went out to inspect it. The interior was poorly maintained and the ceiling liner was starting to come down. The passenger cabin smelled absolutely horrid and reeked of a stale cigarette smell. I would have refused the rental if I hadn’t been on a Time crunch. If you ask me, that vehicle should be removed from the fleet or at least deep cleaned by the renting company. Also the customer service I received was very dissatisfactory. I would think that a customer service representative that is renting out moving vehicles would understand that moving is a stressful time and do all they can to accommodate and I don’t know why they forced me to hang up on my fiancée when we were trying to balance the finances of utilizing the moving truck as well as compare rates. I am very displeased overall.

It’s not just the damage to our vehicle that is the reason for a poor review it is the way it was handled by the employee and by management. People could have been hurt and there was no acknowledgment or apology that the incident occurred

The only problem I had was one guy was away from his desk when I called to extend and didn’t call me back like he said he would. I had to call him back. Otherwise, the whole operation was very well run and easy to work with.

Federico GThe trucks alignment was off, I had to drive with the steering wheel at an angle to keep the car driving straight. The truck also revved consistently when increasing or lowering speed and smelled like gasoline the entire time. I had to stop about 7 times to put gas and I feel that perhaps that was due to the poor condition of the truck.

Secure storage facility with 24x7 access was a great addition with no apparent extra cost over other facilities. Staff was ALWAYS friendly and very helpful! Multiple options to pay for storage (and linked to national U-Haul brand) made rental maintenance and moving (in and out) extremely convenient! Would recommend it highly to all potential clients.
