Had a flat tire during my rental. Asked for a second day with the rental since the flat happened at night. Angela assured me II wouldn't be charged. I was charged for an additional day and gas, which I filled up the tank. Be careful who you work with over there.

Michael JI rented my truck at a different location. After booking I was told the truck is only available at a location further away from me. I had to pay the additional mileage rate. I would appreciate having the difference in mileage from the original location to the changed one reimbursed. Other than that the transaction had no issues. Thank you.
