The staff are so nice and always come through for me, but it is so dirty! Makes me feel a little grossed out, but the location is convenient and the people are so friendly. It was also hard to leave the parking area as I was blocked in and it was so tight to maneuver.

RHASAN SThere is not any parking for my vehicle so I had to go to the next available parking area at a strip mall and ask them if I could park there. The truck was not clean when I got it. The bathroom of the facility smelled badly. I asked for a different email address and account to be made, but it was not done correctly and so I was charged an extra $20 for after hours processing when had I known I could have avoided that with the app it would have been fine. I would like to say that the person who I worked with was friendly and professional other than my account was not sent to the correct email address. Also I tried to contact this place several times and they did not answer. This place is more of a auto repair facility with cars everywhere taking up all the space. If they were to get rid of all these backed up jobs and clean the place up it would be much nicer.

Ameen AThe pick-up location was terrible. There was no where to park. It was sketchy to say the least. I did not feel safe and I hated that I had to leave my car there. The van was dirty. The tire pressure was low and the brakes were grinding. I will never use this site again and doubtful that I will use U-Haul again.

vincent jThe van we rented was perfect! Newer (had that "new car smell"). Rode very well. Good on gas mileage.

Definitely has been beaten up over the years on the outside and the cab, but the cargo compartment was in good shape and clean. Engine may need a tune up. Seems like it had significant trouble shifting out of the lower gears, causing it to hit rather high RPMs.
