Even though i had selected to do mobile checkin-in, i was forced to go into the location to claim my rental. I had to wait 15 minutes as no one was at the front desk for that time. After which, the person took an exaggerated amount of time to find my reservation, which I had made over two weeks prior, and set up my van. All this set me back a lot, and prohibited me from finishing my task since it was time sensitive.EDUARDO C.
The agent on site had no training or knowledge of how to process the Uhaul reservation for pickup. He was very confused and stressed. He had to call Uhaul Customer Support to help walk him thru it. He then accidentally changed our reservation drop off details which changed the price and date of drop off! We did not discover this until after we drove away with the Uhaul and had to call a support manager to make the adjustment back to our original reservation details.PARIS K.

Absolute terrible experience. Staff was friendly but I kindly requested (over 15times) for the light to be repaired outside of my storage unit. I rented for 6 months and 5months I could not see anything inside my unit as the light was still out. The associate working was extremely rude. He had a horrible attitude from the moment I walked in the store. I informed him that I had a reservation, and he told me that wasn't possible because he didn't have anything available. I was going to show him my reservation number, so he decided to actually look in his computer to see if there was a reservation. Of course, he found my reservation. He tried to charge me for insurance even though I specifically said I did not want it on the reservation. Every question I asked was met with a rude, harsh attitude. It seems as if he does not care about doing business, nor does he care about creating a customer experience. I was going to rent storage at the location, but decided to rent elsewhere because of my experience with this associate.Minta M.

I went to this location because even though there was a $50 Guarantee... I wasn't able to get a van that I had scheduled. This was because Wynwood Wireless was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend partnering with them. They had no clue how the online check-in worked, I just tried to pick up the keys and his wife had taken them in her purse. If this is the kind of shops and workers I can expect, I don't trust U-Haul or your service after this experience. But this order that was completed went smoothly thanks to the Sentry Storage's helpful staff. Thankfully I was able to move my stuff in time but it wasn't any help to your store, Wynwood Wireless, I will never go there ever again to use your service, what a let down and frustration I didn't need on moving day. Then the girl within customer service when I called for help, she didn't believe me or understand the situation, and she didn't stick with your 'promised' guarantee.Joseph P.

They don't inspect the vehicle for gas. They mark an amount that's not correct and charge for a different one. I used the vehicle for 35 miles, put 10 gallons of fuel showed them the bill and they still charged me more money for fuel. It is impossible that the car uses more than a gallon for mile!!!!Jorge D.

The man that assisted me in the office was not helpful did not want to rent me additional furniture dolly and did not want to close out my rental when I returned. I asked him to do the final charges now and he was u happy about that but did it. His coworker jumped in and helped and it was excellent, the coworker a younger man with a shaved head and glasses, was very helpful and professional unlike his coworker. First of all, I did all the process online, the express check in, so it was supposed to be very fast and smooth. Nothing like this happened. I had to go into the store and wait 10 minutes because the guy was on the phone. Then when he was gonna start doing my thing, another client asked him for something and then he started doing what the new client needed. After that he made me filled out all the info I entered the day before through the website. He even asked for my credit card. I already entered it the day before. Very poor customer service! Called to get a matter resolved only to get hung up on by a representative. Will never rent from Uhaul again! I was charged for 2 days when I only had the truck for one day. At the time of the rental I was told to return the truck before closing which I did. The rep was not even able to explain the extra charges to me and mentioned that he wished his boss did not have uhaul services there. Ridiculous! Instead to just refunding my money back for the extra day I was charged for, I was told by uhaul that there was nothing they could do. The car had garbage still on the console when I received it. The car panel show window shield liquid low, and tire low. Also, when selecting my car I declined insurance, however, when in the site they added the insurance without notifying me.
