I rented a second truck. As I mentioned that I would rent a another a week from the previous one. That other person who rented the truck to me did not disclose the safe coverage charge the way the first did I would like for your organization to return the $28 that he neglected to mention and he should also be put on a warning. Please confirm the credit of the fraud charge he made on my card for his benefit. My cell is 347-665-3861

very unclear-- couldn't take the truck because the gate was locked. I did the entire process of checking in through my phone and then had to re-do it with the guy at the store. same issue when I was returning it.

Uhaul store never applied the VIP discount code because the main office for Miami said couldn't be used until another car is rented. That is absurd, when the reason Uhaul gave me the discount, was for the mileage to cover the after hours closed office(6pm) ... and because I had to travel to other locations in order to return the unit.

They don’t inspect the vehicle for gas. They mark an amount that’s not correct and charge for a different one. I used the vehicle for 35 miles, put 10 gallons of fuel showed them the bill and they still charged me more money for fuel. It is impossible that the car uses more than a gallon for mile!!!!

I reserved a truck through the internet. Issuance was offered and I waived it, but when I got to the location to pick it up, I believe the person at the location add it again and I was charged for something I didn't need. Everything else was good.

The man that assisted me in the office was not helpful did not want to rent me additional furniture dolly and did not want to close out my rental when I returned. I asked him to do the final charges now and he was u happy about that but did it. His coworker jumped in and helped and it was excellent, the coworker a younger man with a shaved head and glasses, was very helpful and professional unlike his coworker. The man that was helping me originally me told me this was not a Uhaul location and reffered me to another location for future use. I would not use this location again.

First of all, I did all the process online, the express check in, so it was supposed to be very fast and smooth. Nothing like this happened. I had to go into the store and wait 10 minutes because the guy was on the phone. Then when he was gonna start doing my thing, another client asked him for something and then he started doing what the new client needed. After that he made me filled out all the info I entered the day before through the website. He even asked for my credit card. I already entered it the day before. Then I found that my reservation had many add ons that I didnt ask for. FInally it took 45 mins to get the truck. Worst experience ever

Very poor customer service! Called to get a matter resolved only to get hung up on by a representative. Will never rent from Uhaul again! I was charged for 2 days when I only had the truck for one day. At the time of the rental I was told to return the truck before closing which I did. The rep was not even able to explain the extra charges to me and mentioned that he wished his boss did not have uhaul services there. Ridiculous! Instead to just refunding my money back for the extra day I was charged for, I was told by uhaul that there was nothing they could do. When your moving every penny counts and clearly Uhaul wants them all for themselves.

The car had garbage still on the console when I received it. The car panel show window shield liquid low, and tire low. Also, when selecting my car I declined insurance, however, when in the site they added the insurance without notifying me. I do not hidden charges, and uhaul should make their consumers aware of changes.

This comment is not for this loation since they actually were the ones able to provide me with a van and with great service. This will be for the location at 1880 West Ave. My access code to get the keys was never sent to me. I spent 1.5 hrs. trying to get this resolved. There was no one at the office after 10am. When I looked into the office it looked dirty and like abandon. Because of this I was late to complete the what I had plan for that day (work related).

Truck was new, but it would be nice if someone could sweep and clean any trash after every rental. The difference will be well appreciated.
