JUSTICE FPersonnel was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were worried about the windshield.....as in I might be responsible for it. I showed them personal pics I took of broken windshield at the pick up location. They agreed that it was not my responsibility and that I should have refused the truck at the pickup location. Since the moving pads were not given to us in bags, they agreed that the count was off and didn't charge us for 5 missing blankets. The equipment did work well during the entire trip.

Raymond BEven though I have a U-Haul business less than a mile from my house, I prefer to use Sentry Storage. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The manager, Lisa, provides excellent customer service. Even at the busiest times, Lisa will have a smile on her face and greet each customer as they enter.

Nancy VHooked us up to wrong trailer, then when switched, did not secure it. Trailer came off 5 miles from dealer. Also, forgot to give me dolly I paid for. Took him 40 minutes to sign paperwork and play. Person we dealt with a joke. The woman in phone was helpful and made situation right.
