Dennis WThe auxiliary power in the front cab was not working and there was no way to charge my cell phone I tried several ways followed the directions and I had no power for my phone and my battery died .I needed the GPS for my trip. I was traveling alone and had no way to contact anyone so I had to rely on The rest stops and asking people for directions, I had to go in and charge my phone therefore it really cut into the time of my trip and made it dangerous for me because I had no way to contact anyone. Also the windshield wiper fluid did not work it seemed diluted or it may have even been water but it was not cleaning the windshield Florida has love bugs and they’re a special solution for that they should use a stronger windshield wiper fluid. I had to stop and clean the windshield at the gas stations. Otherwise the truck was ok it was new and only had 20,000 miles on it so I couldn’t figure out why the auxiliary power would not work. I called the UHaul office on Tuesday and I talked to Steve and he just said I will check into it. I believe they should’ve compensated me in someway. I was pretty much helpless on the highway if I broke down because my phones battery was dead. It was kind of scary being alone. I hope they start to test things before they give you the truck to make sure the auxiliary power works.

Peryno MI didn’t log in upon the return at the location drop off. I attempted to when I got back home and discovered it should have been done for time back , mileage, fuel, and so I should have read the contract better or my thoughts would be to have the dispatcher inform us why it is important at the location. The great people there handled it for me at no charge. Thank You !

GEORGE SDouble charge to the commitment, 133 extra charges for cleaning, and time to find the key (because the look box didn't work). for the price of $33 in the beginning they charge me at the end $ 213.71, I fell that they take advantage of the customer, never will do business with this location again

Richard DThe rentals are too far from the office; you can't even see there is one. The remote rental sucks! I had to call the local number on my reservation to get them to come down to help me. The staff were great; that's the only plus.
