The lady there was so hateful. She was playing a game when I got there and was not wanting to help me. She had to call someone else to sign the truck over to me. When I finally got thru with all that, the truck was behind the liquor store there in a dark spot. If I had not had my phone out I could not of seen the truck. After that I went to put the dolly in the back and couldn't get the lock open so I went back in the store to tell her and she got pissed again came out opened the lock and told me I would not be able to use it. She took and stormed off.
JOHNNIE SNo Key drop off when returning truck. Nobody would answer phone calls from provided number by U-Haul. Would not recommend, they should stick to selling the booze since it was a liquor store.
Justin CPerson did not come out to check truck while we where there we just gave her Key and was not told of extra charges until I received a statement on my email. To me this is bad customer service.
Lera BClosed when dropped off. Contacted Uhaul and they contacted owner who advised where to leave key.
Carolyn SSep's was a nice place to stop....and ultimately purchased a bottle of Jack Daniel's after conveying the typical issues encountered with a 20 foot truck that had endured atmospheric re-entry from deep space orbit. Very nice staff and would most definitely go back to this location for a bottle of vodka. 2 thumbs WAY up!

Jessicca FI never received a confirmation call regarding my rental request. I thought I was supposed to get one? Something popped up about a $50 credit if I didn't receive a confirmation phone call from the reservation location. I still drove to the site and waited for the to open for the day and hoped my truck was there. When the store opened, the lady working asked why I didn't reserve where I didn't have to check in. I explained that I wasn't sure how all of it worked but I know for the next time I need to rent a truck. No mention was given about missing a phone calll but then, I also didn't get a receipt because her printer wasn't working. Sure hope a photo of and incomplete receipt will work on my business expenses and the IRS, if I get audited. The lady was very friendly and helpful, but you have to realize that most people need an actual receipt for tax purposes. This was a business expense for me as I had to drive to pick up a load of materials for my work. I am self-employed and the IRS watches my expenses pretty closely.
