No Key drop off when returning truck. Nobody would answer phone calls from provided number by U-Haul. Would not recommend, they should stick to selling the booze since it was a liquor store.

Person did not come out to check truck while we where there we just gave her Key and was not told of extra charges until I received a statement on my email. To me this is bad customer service.

Carolyn SSep's was a nice place to stop....and ultimately purchased a bottle of Jack Daniel's after conveying the typical issues encountered with a 20 foot truck that had endured atmospheric re-entry from deep space orbit. Very nice staff and would most definitely go back to this location for a bottle of vodka. 2 thumbs WAY up!
