My pickup location was changed to a place 25 minutes away, and then this location did not provide full service. I have hired trailers several times from U-Haul and every time the U-Haul agent came out to hook up the trailer to my vehicle. This location simply gave me the paperwork and said that was not a service that they provide. Also, I had pre-booked 12 moving blankets and they had none available. Trailer also had dirt and small debris in the trailer that I needed to sweep out before using.

No one was there. It was hard to find. There tried to charge a fee for drop off when I was told there would be no fee

ROBIN FAgain, we were sent to a drop off location that was 30 minutes away from our home. There is a huge Uhaul facility 5 minutes from our home, not sure why we were routed so far away.

WILLIAM EThere were some issues when picking up the truck. I was not there but it was picked up by my daughter and her friend (the designated driver). They were not able to get all of the information and had to call the trafficking number for help. I was told that the trafficking center was very helpful and got the issues resolved.
