Had a scheduled pickup for 9am arrived at location at 850 to find that the location had not put key in lock box. U-Haul representative was amazing even though I still had to wait until 930 when location opened to get my truck.

Again, we were sent to a drop off location that was 30 minutes away from our home. There is a huge Uhaul facility 5 minutes from our home, not sure why we were routed so far away.

WILLIAM EThere were some issues when picking up the truck. I was not there but it was picked up by my daughter and her friend (the designated driver). They were not able to get all of the information and had to call the trafficking number for help. I was told that the trafficking center was very helpful and got the issues resolved.
