The owner was kind, polite and extremely helpful. In fairness to him, U-Haul changed my booking to his location the night before (Sunday night) so he didn't have much notice. The trailer was covered in snow and frozen into the ground. The straps were all frozen solid and it took me more than 30 minutes to secure the car onto the trailer because of that. I had to stop at a garage that had hot water in order to get everything thawed and properly secured.
Jean-Francois LarenteWas late to pickup, wasnt going to mention anything but then he overcharged me for gas. vehicle was at1/8 full, i spent 40$ filling it up and then got charged at return 30$ for gas fee because he claimed it was 1/4 full. I didnt review the contract when i picked it up, so i didnt notice that there was very much NOT 1/4 of a tank. even at that i left the tank at 1/4 but still got charged. Very upset.

Jean LemayBetter signage indicating the entrance and that it is a u haul location. Paving the lot. Making more space for u haul vehicles, or maybe putting up signs indicating which spots are for u haul (there were several cars parked and only a single spot left that I could leave the truck).

pascal lavioletteGet someone that knows what he is doing was quoted $150 for 16foot to drop off in Ottawa I reserved a 16 foot on Monday for Friday when I got there he said he only had a 20said I had to pay extra and if I left it in Ottawa it would be $285 what choice did I have and that was his attitude. He called his manager no discount but if I brought the truck back to st pierre it would be $150 so no choice I brought I’ve truck back I received my bill $150 but me credit card was charged $189 Terrible service I’ve rented from you in the past but I won’t in the future

Pour le retour de la remorque, j’ai mentionné au Monsieur où j’ai pris possession de la remorque, l’endroit ou je voulais la laisser a mon retour et il n’ a pas inscrit la bonne place j’avais 40 minutes de plus a faire de route pour le rapporter alors qu’il a un point de retour a 5 minutes de chez moi! Je lui avais portant mentionné c’était où. Heureusement que lorsque j’ai appelé un autre représentant ( Rock ) et bien il a pu m’arranger quelque chose pour que je puisse laisser la remorque a 5 minutes de chez moi sans avoir de frais de surplus. Je le remercie énormément pour votre bon service! Je dirais que les prix sur votre site lorsqu’on fait la réservation est à revoir.. j’ai même pris moin de temps que ce que j’avais dit que sa me prendrais.

ALEXANDER DANILThe trailer was coverred into snow even if it was reserve 4 days bafore.. The person in charge ask us to pull it out of the snow with our truck. We had to wait 25 minutes there since nothing was ready. We even had to clean the top of the trailer from the snow ourself because it was dangerous. After the movibg i had to call the person in charge since no one was at the uhaul location when we came back with the trailer. He told us to "just leave the trailer there", i had to ask him to come to his location for the paiement because he had my credit card number and i didnt even know how much he was gonna charge. He was rude on the phone with me but was calmer when he arrived there. Not my first time with uhaul, but my worst experience so far, i wont go there next time and wont recommend this place for sure. Really disappointed.

Garry CordeiroIt is a mud lot that I can not even foot on the floor unless I am prepare to work at the construction site. It is soft mud and wet. Poor internet service that was require for technical data input and information. No rest room to borrow absolutely feel like I am asking for uban service in the middle of the forest or in the woods.
