Guy behind counter did not know how to use the computer for my booking. One hour after arriving, the worker GAVE UP. Ended up talking to someone on the phone and got the booking figured out in 5 minutes. I go to use the rental truck, and the guy behind the counter comes out tells me he is going to have the owner tow my car, only after paying for my rental and getting the keys. I was made to coordinate a place for my vehicle, and to get a ride back, all while my rental was booked. I explained this to the worker and he said simply that it’s not his problem. Gas tank was more than half empty on pick-up.. I use the rental. I return the rental, clean and re-fueled. The worker asked me, “how much fuel was in it before?” I told him I filled it to where it was at when I left. I ask him for a paper receipt and he said it’s only available online. Had a funny feeling, and it turns out that he went ahead and charged me for gas fee anyways. I have gauge photos before/after the rental to prove this. The attitude on the worker was uncalled for, treated me like a problem. Worst experience by far.

Personnel was only because I dropped off after hours and no one was there. So I can’t comment on that portion of it.

BRUCE CReserved the trailer at 8am, showed up at my scheduled time at 415 to a flat tire and no help from the staff. Had to call their dispatch to get any help. AFM was the only help.

Ben KThis was the 3rd time I used this drop off. The 2nd time they would not accept the trailer. It took me all afternoon to try and find a location that would accept it when my paperwork said Shady Hils.
LYNN LHad rented 2 trailers, dropped 1 off on Monday said i would see them the next day with the other one. Showed up Tues and he wouldn't take it, wasn't listed. My paperwork indicated this was correct drop off. Spent the rest of the day being sent on a goose chase of 3 places that would not take it. FINALLY the 4th place did. Looked at paperwork and verified 1st place should have taken it.
