Everything went well. I had been previously been advised that the location was closed on Sat/Sun, and to contact Kevin @ a number provided if I ran into any issues. When I arrived, I did not see the drop-off location on my reservation. I called Kevin, and he was able to update the drop-off to his location and check-in the truck. I was very appreciative for the accommodation, especially after moving furniture from New Braunfels, TX to Katy, TX. Thank you!

Fidel AOverall everything was great besides being charged for 2 furniture dollies and receiving 1 & also being charged for an appliance dolly I never received. On Weds. I went on chat in the app and was told a ticket was put in. I’ve yet to receive any refunds or contact after that. It’s very disappointing to say the least.
