Overall everything was great besides being charged for 2 furniture dollies and receiving 1 & also being charged for an appliance dolly I never received. On Weds. I went on chat in the app and was told a ticket was put in. I’ve yet to receive any refunds or contact after that. It’s very disappointing to say the least.
