The app check in had way too many steps. It was also confusing how it asked for photos of the driver multiple times.

David HOnly problem i had is the physical location hard to find. If they had a sign near road would help. That location was going to have check engine light looked at. Service came to original location put meter on truck advised that he fixed issue but I think he just had light turned off . It only stayed off til 2nd day. Kinda wondered if I lost gas mileage due to issue.
MARK BI had no contact with personnel, drop off was done through app.
ROBERT HWe called our closest location to arrange the rental. When we went to pick it up, we were told our rental was at a different location. When I told him we had called there, we were informed that when we made the call it was to a central office and not thay particular location. This was never communicated to us. That being said, the vehicle itself, once we drove to the other office, was clean and well maintained.
Jeffery AI didn't understand how to pick up the van after hours but 1-800-GoUHaul walked me through downloading the app and following the instructions with ease. I was surprised to see 3 different charges on my debit card but the total was correct.

Marilyn LI couldn't get the online check in to work. There was NOBODY in the office that could help me. I finally had to call and talk to a representative and was on the phone with them forever. I ended up losing at least a hour of time I had planned to be moving with because of all the trouble. Will never use Uhaul again or will never recommend anyone else to use

Ashley HCheck-in of the trailer I had was quick and efficient. A person from the site happened to be in their yard working on something when I pulled into the site. He came over to my truck by the time I got out of it and had the trailer unhooked quickly.

suzanne sU Haul is very EXPENSIVE and the reservation center/ traffic center don't seem to care about locating a vehicle near you - they would rather convince you to get a vehicle nearby and you pay for milage to & from where you actually need to go. U Haul needs more competition.
