Short notice rental. Agents were considerate of the timing uncertainty associated with this. Although not a huge office it was clean and the staff were pleasant. I'd rent from them again if I had a need in the area.

Update your computer system! Customers should not have to wait around because the locations software doesn't respond. This happens at EVERY Uhaul facility in the country, so I know it's not an isolated problem. In this day and age, it's not difficult to create a rental system software that is robust. The trailers and trucks are old, the software doesn't have to be! Maybe you need some competition!

If a customer pays cash for a deposit, they would rightfully expect cash or a check to be there for them when they return. Not a check to be mailed to them within the week. The man said he doesn't keep cash at the office. Very strange practice for a business. If you want your deposit the same day, pick a different return location.

The lights for the speedometer kept flickering on and off. I'm unsure if it was user error or if the vehicle needs service.

original drop off location that was given to me by the pickup location told me they don't handle UHaul any longer. I found out by chance that they do. Not sure what the issue is but i would remove Falcon Storage as a franchise. POOR service and filthy. BG has another one or two locations that can service better.

Need to have better direction or signage on where to drop the vehicle and keys off. I seen no signage saying where the storage place was and with it being back away from the road I passed it. Then there was no clear marker saying where to drop off the vehicles or keys neither at the site or online. The drop off location is Shamrock Storage, but the Key Drop off is at the Shamrock Village Office.

I initially was looking for a kiosk to pick up the keys I didn't know about the form I used online. Maybe email the link to the self service checkout form 24 hours prior with instructions otherwise good experience

First of all the gentleman that helped me pick-up and return the trailer from this location was very good. He processed my paperwork promptly. I only have one recommendation for improvement at this location. This location did not appear to have additional U-Haul items, display room, that a person could possibly consider renting. I think this would make this location a little better.

Adjust mirrors for driver as they are manual and need a wrench! Takes another person outside to adjust to person inside to have clear vision of traffic .

I am upset because this was not the location I selected. I was supposed to pick up from another location. I even received a confirmation call the day prior. When I went to my selected location, I was told they didn't have my equipment it was at another location. Very unprofessional, and inconvenient.

The truck was clean, but felt like it ran very rough. The mirrors were not adjustable, as I tried to do so, but didn't realize that until I was already down the road, and had left the location. The ABS light was on continuously

There was no information about the location of the dropbox for the key. The only way I learned where it was was by happening to run into a local resident.

It was not the fault of the location personnel, but it would have been helpful to have an operator's manual in the truck, so that when it came to night time driving, I would have had an easier time turning on the headlights so that the dashboard controls were lit up. Also the truck itself was not properly water sealed, so my two most valuable pieces of furniture got water damage from driving through rain storms and water getting into the storage area of the truck.

I was disappointed in the pick up process. We rented on a sunday and were told we would need to have an app on the phone when we picked up the u haul. We did the app and my husband had called several times to make sure all would work. We drove over 2 hours to move our son into his apartment in college and needed the u haul. My husband spoke directly with Shamrock and the man told us the app never works! This is a problem. I don't blame Shamrock I blame the app and u-haul. When I called the customer service no one seemed very familiar with the whole process either. We were there for over 30 minutes trying to get the app to work. We did talk to someone and he did tell us where the key was and we were able to get it. I really don't feel this is the way to do business. If the system is not up and running properly then don't use that. This is the second time I have used u-haul in 2 weeks and had issues the first time with the u haul dealer themselves. I did get the guarantee and got money back. That is very frustrating.
