I pre ordered the moving truck the day before. The truck was ready for me in the morning when I went to pick it up, I was in and on my way in less that 10 minutes.

We had a two day rental, in which we turned it in a day early, We got charged an extra $57 stating we didn't return the truck in time. After a few phone calls, Quintin took care of the issue and we had no extra fees, He was very polite!

They didn't have what we needed, despite booking a week in advance. They required us to pay for a bigger truck, more insurance, and more gas. I am not pleased.

I really appreciate the help we got. Our original pickup at Muffler Brothers was intended to be mobile pickup but the store registered it as hand delivery and they were closed, so we were unable to get our truck. We called customer service and they switched our pickup to another truck almost immediately! We are so happy with the customer service, thank you!

The guy here at Shamrock went over and above to get my daughter a truck when Big Ben's moving company didn't show up. If it weren't for Shamrock she would not have been able to get a truck for 3 days or longer and it was the 31st so she had to be out. He got us a truck that we could drive her stuff to Denver and was so wonderful, I cant say it enough!

The online check in software is a massive detriment. Not very user friendly. Also the key was not where it said it would be.

The app to be used in pickup is extremely flawed. I had to attempt to return the vehicle 5 times over 20 minutes. Massive headache and barely worth it. Do try and complete the rental during business hours. The location is great. Uhaul corporate services are the weak link here.

Rented older 15 foot truck. Truck was clean. Steering very loose. Driver door seal squealed so load it was hard to hear the radio. Ramp hard to extend and return. Personnel at both locations very helpful.

Trustworthy and dependable. I booked a trailer 6 days in advance with Go-Key Rentals in Perrysburg, complete with confirmation number. Less than 24 hours in advance my trailer was given away! I called Quentin at Shamrock Storage 15 minutes before he closed. He didn't have a trailer but brought one in for me overnight so it was available when he opened in the morning. That's quality service and concern for a customer. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

I was told you pick my truck up at BG Towing and when I got there they didn't have a truck and had no idea what was going on. I had to drive clear across town to Shamrock to pick my truck up; Also the app wouldn't work when I returned the truck

This location is fine. This was just the 3rd location we were sent to after a mistake was made & our original truck, which we had reserved well in advance was given to someone else! Was a very frustrating day since we spent the morning driving from one location to another before finally getting a truck! Not sure I'll ever use Uhaul again!

Need to explain self check in process before hand with all the pictures that are needed to be taken... I had to drive 3 times from office back to truck to take pictures & complete checkout process... a little heads up notice that many pictures will be needed would be helpful...

Using the app for check out and check in of the truck is brilliant, but apparently there is a dead spot for the AT&T network in the parking lot. It was sketchy when I picked up, losing network connection several times throughout the process. When I turned the truck in, however, it would lose network each time I tried to take a photo of the cargo area...which would make me start the entire process back at step on (retaking all the photos I had already taken). After many failures I used my friend's Verizon phone to complete the turn in. Maybe you should save after each step, so if there are network problems I don't have to start back at step one? Shamrock Storage was super helpful on anything I needed during the rental and I would rate them excellent. Your app is pretty nearly useless after that experience. Also, I turned the truck in later than expected, but did that warrant doubling the quoted rate? Two "chargeable rental periods?" But if I had stated the 12 hour rental it would have been one? Define to me what a chargeable rental period is, maybe?

When I picked up the truck (using 24/7 service on mobile) the mileage was off by approximately 12000 miles which resulted in a long wait with customer service and starting my move an hour behind schedule.

Had some issues reserving a uhaul and returning it but the gentleman i spoke to the first and last time was very helpful....the other ones were not. I can't remember his name but he was so helpful! Wish i was given clear instructions on returning the uhaul. Like pictures would need to be taken and i would need to drop the uhaul off so the location could be tracked and showing that I was dropping it off in the correct spot.

Couldn't get equipment at location I requested. Representatives at call center were rude. When I returned trailer, the trailer ID I had was different than ID on contract. Huge headache to resolve. Columbus return location thankfully seemed to know what they were doing.

This was a horrible experience. When I made my reservation they didn't say that it would be a self check in. The reservation was for 2:15. It took us 35 minutes to find the location. I called the call center 3 times and still couldn't get any info. Finally the 4th call they told me nobody is there. They had said 3 times at the call center to go to suite 307. It was a nasty apartment complex unmarked and nobody was in 307. We were late due to horrible customer service. I should NOT have been charged an extra day. This was your fault. I will make sure this is known on Facebook, better business bureau anyone who will listen. You robbed me completely!! At Christmas time none the less. Horrible!!

The vehicle I used was previously used by a smoker. There were ashes near the steering wheel. With the majority of people in this country being non-smokers i feel UHaul should make all of their vehicles non-smoking vehicles.

Truck seemed under powered for a moving vehicle. Driver and passenger doors on truck had to be physically slammed shut or the dash would say driver/passenger door open.

The day of my move, the movers arrived to find that my uboxes were ready, but they only had a single trailer hitch available, so the movers could only move and pack one ubox at a time instead of my two uboxes that were reservered. THEN after several months I found out that they sent on incorrect box to my destination, so half of my stuff is missing/not at the destination! Truly a hassle to deal with and has made my move more inconvenient than it needed to be.

There was a crack in the windshield, the locking mechanism was really hard to lock because it was rusted. In order to get it to lock, one person had to press down on the handle, while another had to use a hammer to get the mechanism line up with the lock. I suggest maybe replacing it so it's not so hard for the next person. The brakes could probably use some attention as well. Other then that everything was ok.
