This was the best customer service experience ever. I had to keep the truck an extra day, they did a overly fantastic job to accommodate me with that. Very friendly, very understanding of my not so great situation I ran into. I recommend Shangrila Food Mart to anyone

EDDIE KThe truck was parked in a snow bank area, where the snow melt from the day was under the truck creating glare ice. This made it very difficult to get in the truck.
Hans RWe picked up our truck about 24 hours after a snow storm and the hood and windshield were still covered with about 4 inches of snow. We paid for moving pads that weren’t with the truck and the check engine light was on for the entire move.
