The man at the location had very little knowledge on my order or what the auto transport even was. He also did not attach the auto transport properly to the U-Haul truck. He actually left the emergency brake hanging and did not attach it to the truck. We took the two rental pieces t the U-Haul store on 21st. in Newark, OH and they properly hooked up the auto transport. That location was AMAZING and the Shangrila Food Mart was AWFUL.
