Easy check in process.

Xenia BDrop off was after hours and actually 17hours early (uhaul should offer discount for early drop off)…also was charged for gas which not happy about thats is very hard to judge and there should be an allowance of some gallons…..had to answer drop off questions even tho after hours pretty ridiculous too….i will not be recommending uhaul to anybody

ADAN RCJ was an absolute pleasure to work with! So kind and helpful, and made for a wonderful experience. Had some difficulty with the original reservation and he was excellent to work with. Will recommend him and this locations to others. CJ should get a raise!
SEAN VCJ was AMAZING. My only complaint is that whatever air freshener is used in the cab was hella strong and I couldn’t find the dispenser to get rid of it. It was like driving a Febreze bottle.

MARCUS HThe trailer was clean and the updated connections are great. The rear door on the trailer has an issue with the alignment of the closing mechanism that made it difficult to close the doors securely. After fidgeting around with it, I was able to close it.

BRIAN DThere was plenty of options and the gentleman that helped me at pick up was super patient and very helpful for my first time using this. The van was a lil beat up and the interior cab was a good bit dirty which doesn’t really bother me too much but for some it would but I don’t think it would be the fault of the place since the gentleman told me it’s pick up pretty quick once it’s freed up but over all it was a very comfortable ride, operated super simple and couldn’t ask for much more!

Karen GI returned the trailer to this location on August 4, on a Sunday, and the location was closed. It was the drop-off location on my paperwork. I received an invoice on November 3 for a rental charge of $2,830.68 stating I rented the unit and returned it to Los Angeles, CA. It took several phone calls with U-Haul to clear the charge. The charge then re-appeared in another email from U-Haul which I had to handle over the phone again with U-Haul. It was the worst experience I have had in a long time and will cause me to consider never renting from U-Haul again. Please check with Katiffany Readdy, Roy Mendez and Susan Olsen at U-Haul Customer Service for the Full Accounting of this matter.

MICHAEL CI would record when the oil light says it's time to change the oil. Let the renter know that you know it's on and that it's okay to drive like that. It's very disconcerting when we saw that it was on. How long had it been like that? The van drove great but a heads up would have made us worry less.

John KWe had a lot of trouble with the u-haul app when doing self check out returning the truck. The app kept crashing and there was poor service and no WiFi available at the location. It took us almost an hour to do the self turn in because the app kept crashing. Because of this I would not use this location again.
David MWindshield wipers were malfunctioning. I had to pull over several times while driving because wipers almost fell off.
Donald PThere were some challenges with the initial reservation when I went to do auto pick up after hours. However, I called one, 800 go-U-Haul and the lady who helped me was extremely helpful and sorted everything out.

Benjamin BThis is the 2nd time u haul changed my location s both picking up and returning just a day before the move. They also got the pick up date wrong and didn't honor the original quote they gave me. Extremely dissatisfied and will not use or recommend again.
Bobby SCheck in process takes a very long time, with numerous questions about adding insurance options and extra items, which in my case I’d already answered online. Shorten the desk time at check in. That helps your customers get on their way faster, helps your franchisees get to other things they need to do, and makes your company appear more efficient. This is NOT the fault of Shea Enterprises.
