David GThis location was fine, however it was not the location (Fairfax, VA) that I had selected. As I was traveling through to move my daughter I had no choice but to accept the change. In the end it added two hours of driving and another it wasted time. If four places in Fairfax pop up with the appropriate equipment at the time of order, the equipment should at least be near by. NOT 40 miles away.
James MWhere to park the u-haul at this location was a bit confusing I did not talk to any personnel so I do not know if they were helpful (I dropped off later in the evening and checked out on the app) The location was clean, but I would not say inviting.
