Pasquale MOur experience with Shea Enterprises and CJ in particular was terrific. They had the truck we needed when we needed it on short notice at a great price. We are downsizing and took some of cast-offs to our son 300 miles away. The truck was easy for us seventy year olds to load and unload and was comfortable for a weekend round trip. The air conditioner saved us from the 90+ heat. We got over 18 miles to a gallon and found the truck as comfortable to drive as our Suburban. We will probably be doing this again.

William Meverything looked ok, the u-haul person was very helpful getting it loaded. what I found out was that one of the four wheels only has 11 lbs pressure and needed to be pumped up before i could leave safely. besides that it was easy and very affordable. return customer over and over.

Cory RThe personnel were friendly, although we had a tire blow out due to what turned out to be a bad tire and after uHaul roadside assistance replaced the tire, they noticed that the other tire had a deformation which would possibly lead to another blowout. Roadside assistance ended up having to replace both tires on the trailer and after almost 6 hours of waiting we were able to head home. If the tires were maintained correctly or inspected before renting, we would not have experienced these issues. A tire blow out can be a serious issue depending on the location and speed when it occurs. Thank God we were able to safely pull into the median.

Babatunde OGreat communication as this was an alternate pick up location. I appreciate the additional miles were added to my allotted total miles. I wish the truck came with a full tank of gas. It’s challenging to know how to return it with “a smidge over half a tank” when you don’t know how large the tank is. This would allow for many people to add more gas than is needed when it’s an arbitrary amount that’s needed.
DARREN GI had a blowout on the trailer , and I sat on the side of the road for a few hours. Road statists could be faster. Other than that the experience was excellent.

Todd Galthough the truck was clean, it was an older truck that had seen better days mechanically, the steering was loose and there was a grinding noise coming from the rear end that had my wife concerned it would break down.
Richard SThe truck didn’t have enough fuel in it, I got charged $28 even tho i brought the truck with more fuel in it than when I received it.
ENOCK KThe truck itself had a few concerning issues with the brakes and transmission. I did report these to the Roadside Assistance group and I let the drop off location know to ensure no one else gets this truck until it’s inspected. There was also spilled liquid stains in the cabin of the truck.

Patricia WFinally, U-Haul is stocking trailers here in Purcellville, VA. It was a 45 minute drive east for me to get a trailer from a large U-Haul facility on Hwy 28. I frequently need to take my tractor lawnmower over to my daughter's house that is only 7 minutes from my house in Purcellville. But I'd have to drive 90 minutes to pick up a trailer for this 7 minute trip to her house. Bummer! But now I can get the trailer and finish my task at her house in just a half day, without making TWO 90 minute trips to get a trailer and return it the same day, besides doing the task I needed the tractor for. It was a killer! Not anymore. Thank you U-Haul for stocking trailers at the Purcellville, Virginia location.
WAYNE Hpetty and ridicuolous, I was charged 2 gal of fuel even though returned the vehicle with MORE gas than when I received it, and have photos to prove it. I guess $6 bucks is worth losing businees.

THOMAS LAlthough it has been 2 weeks since the last snow, the trailer was full of snow and ice. I had to spend significant time and effort to clear the snow and ice from the trailer before I could use it.
