I would have marked excellent, but we picked up in the rain and the lot was muddy.
Michael BWe had to demand a trailer with 3 fully inflated tires.There isn't an air compressor to pump them up. There were no furniture pads at the location. We were told we could drive to another location to get them. This location was already much farther than the location we originally booked. The individual at this location isn't interested in helping much. He couldn't print a receipt for the payment. Our online reservation showed the trailer to cost less than we had to pay. The prices change when moving through the screens. Not a trustworthy experience. We are older and don't use apps either. Overall, not a good experience.

Marcus HThe hours were listed on the door said open at 10 am but at 11 there was no one there but they were prompt to reply to my text messages. Had some trouble getting the app to work to do a self-return but eventually got it to work. Having someone there during business hours would be a plus.

Byron PA lady from Hickory named Summer called and said I was to return the truck to her location. Why would I do that when there is a U-Haul less then 1/4 mile down the street Don’t like your new way of doing texts Puck up the phone and call Like I said I will never use U-Haul again

Started to ask the agent about how things worked with the operation of the lock box and and he very rudely stated he couldn't help me with anything and walked inside his business and slammed the door. Rude. Filthy windshield and truck. Truck was swept out but wet spills on floor had dried and were covered in dirt and not cleaned up.

Kori DI called the business day prior to scheduled pick up to ask a few questions about the process & was dealt with in a rude manner by the associate on the phone. When I arrived to pick up the rental I was unable to open the lock box to retrieve the key due to the type & condition of the lock. I had to call a relative to come open it because my hand was not strong enough, & I am not considered disabled or weak.

No one takes responsibility to make it right. We look badly on the both. Will recommend people nor choose uhaul to do business with if they have another option.,

Elaine BUnfortunately one of the tires on the trailer had a leak around the previous plug…which caused us to break down in GA and set us back hours.
Lauren GTrailer stand missing and had to go through hell to come up with a jack to remove trailer. Was given two different times someone would be able to assist an almost 50 year old women who could have handled it if the proper stand was not missing and disclosed clearly upon pick up.

Ben Wtrailer was not at requested location but 35 miles away. no turn signal lights, no brake lights, one of 4 running lights not working. license plate totally unreadable. trailer hitch so rusty should be condemned. door rollers very rusty - took two to get the door to slide up. operator used a 2 by 4 and wooden blocks to raise trailer for hook up.
