A lady from Hickory named Summer called and said I was to return the truck to her location. Why would I do that when there is a U-Haul less then 1/4 mile down the street Don’t like your new way of doing texts Puck up the phone and call Like I said I will never use U-Haul again

william bNever used 24 hr pickup before. Started to ask the agent about how things worked with the operation of the lock box and and he very rudely stated he couldn't help me with anything and walked inside his business and slammed the door. Rude. Filthy windshield and truck. Truck was swept out but wet spills on floor had dried and were covered in dirt and not cleaned up.
