The location was extremely disorganized. The employee present when the truck was picked up wasn't able to access the computer system, and had to call for assistance, delaying the pickup. After waiting 6 hours for roadside assistance when the truck's check engine light came on, the employee present at drop off could barely understand English, and didn't know how to check equipment in. Improve by not loosing the keys. I arrived to pick up for 10:30 am, didn't receive truck until 1pm! I was significantly late for an event ( had to deliver props/materials) for a Christmas party for disabled adults and children run by a non profit organization. I was just a bit confused at first on how the wipers worked and where the lights were so maybe if there were someway to give customers who want it a brief overview of the vehicle before driving. This drop off location is good just for drop off, but nothing good for new to pick up, esp. if you are not familiar with the sophisticated process and your internet is not strong enough. Those who prefer to do everything by self, better check up the website and app information for detailed instructions before you do the pick-up. There is no one to help you out. There is a helpful guy who is the owner of the Shell Gas Station, ad he said most of the people finished half way when they picked up.Chenxi B.

After booking at a different location, I was called and forced to use this location. This new location had no knowledge of my truck rental being moved there so I had to re register all my info to rent the truck. Arrived at 9:30 a.m and wasn't able to leave with the truck until 10:20 a.m. very disappointed.Jack C.
I called the Norwich Police Department on the man who ran the uhaul service. He and I had a huge altercation where he called me a â€œbitch and never step foot on my property again or I'll slice your throatâ€ after chasing me out of the uhaul location because he wanted me to close a $12.00 balance I had open with Uhaul! I've been renting with uhaul for years and I will never go back. I will go to Enterprise or Penske from now on.Theresa S.

The employees were rude. It took 20 minutes to get my vehicle when I did the whole check in process online. The gas tank was only half full so it took extra time at drop off to get things straight. The employee behind the desk when I returned the truck was swearing (not at me) and I didn't find that profeasional.at all. I would not go back there to rent a truck again.Cathy A.
Your online reservation system is too cumbersome and time consuming. Also, it would not allow me to upload pictures of my license as requested (Android). Having to refuse add on items before completing the reservation is annoying.Terry E.

First, the business is not clearly marked. The dolly I ordered was not there. Then the rep told me I had a total of 6 days for the rental but neglected to tell me that I would be charged extra. She told me that was what was included. If had known that I would have returned it earlier. I'm extremely irritated! Never again!Christie M.

I paid for 2 dollies which I did not receive. I was told I would be reimbursed by the staff at Sheeva LLC and I was not. Further, I was charged for not filling the tank to the required level, when I filled it to the required level at Sheeva LLC. I will never be using uhaul again.Stephanie P.
Mr. Sheeva was so busy taking care of other customers that it took over an hour to process my rental agreement. The printer was broken and I never received a contract. I had requested and paid for furniture protection pads that I never received. I place no blame on the attendant but believe the entire rental process should be better. Upon returning the rented truck the female attendant was busy taking care of customers and told me that I could take care of the problem with the "pads" on-line.THOMAS W.

I was told my rental would cost $29.95 and then be charged for any mileage I did over the 31 that was offered and I ended up paying $90. Very disappointing. I'm a single mother moving into my own apartment so any money I can save is important and this ended up costing me more. Provide the correct number of pads and fill the gas tank to at least 3/4 tank. I prepaid my rental and filled out the form electronically. The attendant was not knowledgeable regarding U-Haul. I only received 30 pads in lieu of 48 ordered and gas tank was only 5/8 full. The truck loaded easily, rode well and unloaded well.Austin A.

I drove from east providence to Connecticut to get a Truck and the guy said his computer was down so he couldn't give me a truck he sent me to 2 other places to see if they had trucks and they didn't. I spent a few hours driving for bull shit! I will never rent a truck from any uhaul in the world again worst mistake I've ever made. The truck even stunk it smelt like cigarettes and had cigarettes in the back of the truck and was really dirty.Robert C.

When we dropped off the truck we were told we went over 84 miles. Reservation was for 100 miles, no idea where the 84 miles came from. Plus the drop off location changed and was farther away. Also tacked on $14 to the bill for insurance that I had opted out of during the reservation. We stopped at the original location, the person there was rude and not helpful. I hope we never have to rent from UHAUL again.Carrie H.
