It was awful. The guy that worked at the gas station basically said I could not get the truck because no one was there that could check me out. Waited half an hour to be able to take the truck with U-Haul dispatch checking me out. I will never use that location again. Making a formal complaint for a refund.

Literally anything would have been better

William CI scheduled to have it dropped off in Griswold and all of a sudden I get a call switching up my drop off location that was completely inconvenient and I was told I had to call the 1800 number and couldn’t even get through to there.
Hannah SNext time clean the truck out back where everything is. I had roaches get transferred to my apartment because of this.
