We reserved online so the process would be quick and easy. There was no vehicle assigned to us so we could not pick it up at the time we wanted to. We waited for the owner to show up, which was 10 minutes after their opening time and did not get the U-Haul until nearly an hour after our pick up time. I don’t know what happened, but it would not reserve in my name despite having a very high credit score and a very good driving record. It was very frustrating as we had a very tight timeline and an hour delay. Really messed us up.

NANCY OThe woman was very polite, however, she could not help with anything physically. I have been told that uhaul employees are supposed to put the trailer on and she did not. She didn't even verify that I connected it correctly(which I know I did).

donna sThis whole UHAUL experience was not good. You make the customer do everything while the app guides you into frustration. You would think that technology would make things better but it hasn't. Communication and customer appreciation has been lost. It's just all automated drivel. Mobile app would hang and at times glitch out. It was frustrating, annoying, robotic and unpersonal.

There needs to be a clearly marked place or next time I'll leave the keys in the damn dirt. You want us to follow everything to a T but these locations half ass stuff that's okay. I'm the paying customer here. Get it together, because I'm about to make a second run on Monday. Like I said after hours if no one is there and no drop box can be found. I'll leave the keys in the damned truck if I have to. Figure it out.

SHELLEY WI had to wait about 45 minutes for sandy to show up to give me the keys. The gentleman who was there was really nice but he had nothing to do with uhaul and hadn’t been trained to help me nor had the keys on him. Very poor first experience with uhaul.
Dakota BAll things regarding the truck that is rented, play, of course, the most important role in the customer's rental experience. But also is the experience provided by the U-Haul rental agent of which I thought was outstanding by Sandy there in Shelbyville, IN.

VICTOR HOnly issue that I had with this location is that when I went to pick up the trailer there was no one there. I called and they came right over within a few minutes. Wonderful to talk with the lady there that took care of me. Although the trailer was an older one it pulled extremely well, best trailer that I have ever towed from U-Haul.
John FThank god for this location, the lady stayed an hour and a half after the store was supposed to be closed on a sunday during the coronavirus. This lady was a savior as i was 5 hrs from home and stranded on the side of the road.
