The woman was very polite, however, she could not help with anything physically. I have been told that uhaul employees are supposed to put the trailer on and she did not. She didn't even verify that I connected it correctly(which I know I did).

Jeffrey BI forgot the lady's name but she went way out of her way to help me because I was having problems with mobile app. She came down and help me got registered and everything else. She was a great lady
