Luciano PThe only issue I had was with the app, VERY slow, not easy to use, the store manager was excellent and got on the phone with me directly with U-Haul to get this rental done. She was outstanding!
PHILIP SThe location in Tampa l, equally I would provide a poor or negative star (less than 1) as the phone number that they list constantly rings busy. I get the feeling that it's intentional as I tried multiple times during the day to reach that location only to continously get a forced busy ring. The milage is incorrect and i can't reach anyone to try to address it.

Ynes BThe clerk inside the store did not know when I arrived with my reservation papers. He made a phone call to a gentleman that was very friendly and acconadating. The gentleman that did help me with the U-Haul on he phone did apologize for the inconvenience. He was truly sorry for my delay.

Luanne LTruck: lots of old fries on passenger seat and condom wrappers on floor, tank was nearly empty upon pick up. Location: employees were openly imbibing alcohol (my pickup was at 10am) I scheduled a contactless pick up, yet upon calling customer service, discovered I had to go inside and redo my reservation—personnel contributed to the nearly hour long delay in my reservation.
