There was broken glass in the front corner of the cargo area. Previous renter must have left it there. Other than that, the wrong keys for the truck I rented were left in the box that was designated for the rental. Had to wait on hold for a while to get things straightened out.

Lenner RWorse experience ever, a complete scan, the unit I used was 128K it made every possible sound, barely break, I went back to site and I was told that in order to get a new unit it will take a couple hours, I drive only 6 miles and they charge me with 19 miles more than 100 dollars, never again will use U-Haul, I call several times and never received help whatsoever; on the contrary, I had used this company in the past, but this experience was nothing like it. Those cars are a real danger, not only to the driver but to everyone on the road. Never again U-Haul, and you can be sure I will let all my friends and people I know about my experience. I'm a doctor an I always try to understand other point of view but this time is a real risk to let people use cars in the same condition like the one I used.
