KERINA HAs a female I did not feel safe at this location. I was so glad I took my husband with me. The office was sign was not readily visible from the street. Customer service was good.
WILLIE GThe computer wasn’t working and then the guy who took my rental in put that I returned it with 3/4 a tank when I had just stopped and filled it back up to a 1/2 , where I received it and they charged me 19 extra dollars. Bogus. My fault for not taking a picture.

MALCOLM SIt gets the job done and tons of space, but the leak was a bit irritating, and the alignment was off, felt like the truck was trying to steer me into a curb or in traffic.

While going through the process of submitting evidence of the drop off, a homeless women who was camping out in front the business managed to defecate in front of my 10 year old son. The customer service experience needs attention as well. When I initially called to confirm if this location was a after hour location for drop off I was told no and almost paid for another day when it wasn’t not necessary. Luckily, the sales rep that I was transferred to disconnected with me and I ended up getting a great rep named Alex who confirmed this location was drop off eligible. Thanks again Alex.
Cecilia CHad to go to the office to find the key even though it was supposed to be in the truck for easy pickup. Truck was not clean. Missing equipment that I booked, had to go back to the office to ask for the trolleys and blankets and other things that i booked. They did not have all of what I had asked for, but at least I got the most important things. Not a great location...

GIOVANNI VLocation was ok. The truck got 10 miles an started losing power. Spent almost 3 hours trying to get roadside help. Gentleman finally got there and did not see what I felt was wrong. So I tried again to drive. Same result. Drove it back to where I got it.I will be contacting my credit card carrier to contest the charges. This was not an acceptable rental.

Emerson MArrived for the rental and the keys were nowhere in sight. Called customer service and after speaking with 2 reps was basically told there was nothing they could do. I was advised that the 50.00 hold would be removed. The following day I rented from another location and after looking online realized that the reservation for the truck I never got was still active. After 2 phone calls was told that the system takes 4hrs to update. Very disappointing. I am awaiting the hold to be lifted for the rental that I never got. Uhaul needs to have better communication. Each rep I spoke to said the previous rep did not fully notate the account. Horrible. You lost a customer for sure

roberto cThis a very unprofessional location. Extremely dirty and not organized. Pick up time was 8:00, but proprietor only showed up at 8:40. So I lost an hour of my move. This not my first experience like this with Uhaul. Uhaul must immediately review your process of selecting these dealers. Some are pure crap!!!!

danis sAgain, this was not my chosen drop off location. I have to drive from 12610 Tanner Road location to this 529 location. The mileage given was not enough for the one-way trip. Overall, very dissatisfied with Uhaul!!!!

Sheron HDespite reservation for specific equipment it was not available at pickup, then was over charged for reduced number of furniture pads despite conversation addressing the lower number. This transaction was separate as it was not included in Uhaul contract amount. Even though convenient & friendly not the best experience I've had and not up to expectation.
