Great experience

The equipment I reserved was not there when I came to pick up. Only a fraction of the blankets and neither of the 2 appliance dollies I reserved. Also I was told the order could not be changed, I would be charged for what I did not receive, and would have to call Uhaul customer service for a refund, which I have not yet had the time to do during business hours.
