The woman working at Shell was outstanding. She was able to juggle customers coming in and getting me setup with my rental. She worked on 3/27. Fantastic. I was concerned renting from a gas station as I was not sure if they would be able to get me the truck and balance their store responsibilities but she did all that as if it was nothing. Very impressed.

Great experience
CHAD JThe equipment I reserved was not there when I came to pick up. Only a fraction of the blankets and neither of the 2 appliance dollies I reserved. Also I was told the order could not be changed, I would be charged for what I did not receive, and would have to call Uhaul customer service for a refund, which I have not yet had the time to do during business hours.
